Individual Bookings
Individual bookings can be made directly through our online portal. This should be used for non-urgent routine appointments. There may be more availability not currently shown online — if you cannot find a suitable time, please contact reception directly.
Families or Joint Appointments
If you would like to book a family appointment for multiple people, this needs to be arranged directly with reception. Please get in touch using any of the options below.

Accessible Needs
We have three surgeries on the first floor, and one accessible friendly surgery on the ground floor. If you need a ground floor appointment, please contact reception to arrange this.
Emergency Appointments
If you require an emergency appointment, please contact reception directly.
Contacting us on the day
Existing NHS and private patients should try to contact us first thing in the morning. The practice opens at 09:00 Monday – Thursday and 08:30 on Fridays. The earlier in the day you contact us, the more likely we can arrange a same-day emergency appointment.
Evenings and weekends
During evenings and weekends, call the practice on 01302 784 608 and listen to the recorded message for emergency dental advice.
